Novikov's restaurants are already very popular among the gourmets of Moscow and London. The menu of the new Dubai restaurant is based on a modern reinterpretation by the chef Shane McNeil of the traditional cuisine of the peoples of East Asia. The restaurant with 280 seats will offer guests a bar area, a zone for sushi lovers, a hall for private meals on the second floor of the restaurant and the main dining room. The interior of the restaurant was developed by the Russian design company Geometry Design, it used granite, genuine leather and the jade, the favorite stone in Asia.
