An Emirates airline flying from Dubai to Paris was urgently forced to land in Cyprus after a pregnant woman on board began giving birth.
According to the Daily Express, when the A380 landed at Larnaca Airport, the woman was taken out of the flight to an ambulance awaiting. The young mother smiled and clutched the newborn in her arms.
The Cyprus airport posted a video of a woman on social networks. "They say that big things come small. Today we got a pleasant surprise at the Larnaca airport. The A380 delivered the baby," the airport representatives signed the video.
A woman, her husband and newborn were examined at a local hospital. It was reported that there were no complications at birth. However, it is not known how long the woman had.
After an emergency stop in Larnaca, the aircraft continued to fly to Paris.
