CCTV CAMERAS WILL BE INSTALLED IN DUBAI EVERYWHERE

All buildings in Dubai and all villas should be equipped with CCTV cameras. The owners of buildings are responsible for fulfilling this requirement. 3 months are allotted for the execution of the requirement. This means that approximately 25 thousand buildings will be equipped with a video surveillance system. After this period, i.e. after November 26, owners of buildings will be fined for failure to comply.

Cameras must be installed at all inputs and outputs, including emergency ones. Also, cameras should be installed in public places, such as the lobby and corridors leading to elevators, parking lots. And in the latter case, the cameras must be installed and configured in such a way as to fix the numbers of cars. Data storage should be carried out for at least one month. 650 companies in Dubai are licensed to sell and install video surveillance systems.
