Gastronomic dinner at Emirates Towers (Alta Badia, Rib Room, The IVY)

So, in Dubai there was a really interesting offer for gourmets. This is an adventure, and entertainment, and literally "gastronomic flight." Now at Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel you can order "Gourmet Dinner" / Gastronomer's Dinner, which includes a visit to three Jumeirah restaurants in this hotel.

The journey begins with “Cocktails on High”, which is served in the bar of the Alta Badia restaurant, located on the 51st floor of Emirates Towers, which offers absolutely fantastic views of the night city.

At the next stage of the trip, you will be invited to observe the process of preparing Italian dishes directly in the kitchen. Snacks and drinks are served at the chef's personal table, served here in the Alta Badia restaurant's kitchen. By the way, having dinner at a table right in the kitchen is the latest trend of gastronomic establishments.

The main course is served in the Rib Room Steakhouse on the hotel's ground floor. You are served a separate table in the VIP-hall, where a restaurant specialty is served on a wooden plate - assorted juicy steak, lamb chop, ribs and mini burgers, accompanied, of course, with excellent wine. And this, perhaps, will become one of the most delicious meat dishes in your life.

And finally, the final stage is a dessert in The IVY English restaurant, along with an exciting show making a specialty coffee cocktail with martini and salted caramel. The cost of the "Gourmet Dinner", which takes place daily, is 750 dirhams per person, the dinner starts at 7.30 in the evening. The maximum number of guests who can be invited by making a reservation is ten people. Upon personal request, the number of guests can be increased. Coya dubai

Peruvian cuisine is extremely popular today. Coya Restaurant, originally opened in the Mayfair district of London, now invites you to immerse yourself in the ancient Inca world in Dubai at the Four Seasons Resort in Jumeirah. The interior is designed in a conceptual eclectic style. Right behind the entrance is the Members' Lounge, more like a Victorian gentleman's club, and an open terrace - a special air conditioning system creates quite cool air even in the open air. The main hall is divided into levels - the combination of wooden flooring, leather, stone and metal plates on the walls looks original, and wicker pillows and ancient Andean statues give the interior the same Latin American flavor. The menu, of course, includes Peruvian dishes, such as ceviche, tiradito and Andean assortment, as well as their improved and modernized variations. Among the dishes that you should definitely try are Pargo a la Trufa (red snapper ceviche), Rollitos de Pescado (rolls with sea bass filling), Solomillo de Res (spicy beef fillet).

The institution is not cheap, but the current lunch offer (not more than 150 dirhams) will allow you to try all the facets of the kitchen at an affordable price.

Novikov Restaurant & Bar Dubai

After Moscow and London, the Novikov restaurant opened in Dubai. The institution, located in the Sheraton Grand Hotel on the Sheikh Zayed Highway, was opened by Arkady Novikov in collaboration with the restaurant holding Bulldozer Group, headed by Alexander Orlov (the company already owns such Dubai institutions as Sass Café, Toko, Movida and VIP Room). As for the menu, it includes dishes of Japanese and Chinese cuisine. Here you can taste the Peking duck from Novikov, gratin from the legs of the king crab with wasabi sauce, Toro tartare with caviar and other fresh seafood dishes, delivered once every two days from Portugal. The 280-seat restaurant occupies two floors and includes a bar, sushi bar, main dining room and a private dining room on the mezzanine floor.

The interior of the room is decorated by Geometry Design Moscow: granite walls, genuine leather, broken stone. Despite the fact that the restaurant was open only a couple of months, it has already managed to gain popularity both among the Arab public, including the ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum, and, naturally, among the Russian audience.
