The works of 15 emirate artists are exhibited at the Emirati Expression. The exhibition, held at the Manarat Al Saadiyat complex, runs until March 31, 2016.
The fourth edition of the exhibition explores the convenience and functionality of objects of art and the possibilities of their utilitarian use in everyday life. That is why here you can find many interior items - from furniture to accessories, as well as wood products, textiles and other natural materials.
Large-scale sculptures, installations, paintings and photographs also took their place at the show. Notable works include a series of photographs of the prayer rooms of Ammar Al Attara, a collection of Fatima Al Kassimi art curtains for the shower, as well as the modern Mejlis Hind bin Demaysan.
