Initially, dance schools were opened in Damascus (1998) and Doha (2013). The founder and leading choreographer of the Academy, Albina Belova, created her own methodology for teaching students based on the traditions of the Russian school of classical ballet. She spoke about the activities of Enana Ballet Academy in an interview with Russian Emirates.

Albina, tell us how the idea came up to open a branch in Dubai.

Albina Belova: My husband and I decided for the first time in our life together to go on vacation. We took three of our children and went to Dubai. Our Syrian acquaintances immediately made an appointment and offered to buy their premises in Dubai Media City. Due to the lack of the right programs and choreographers, they could not pay off. I liked the spacious hall with machine tools. And my husband and I decided. And it turned out - not in vain.

A year later, the Dubai branch recruited a sufficient number of students, and a large Christmas concert was held. Now plans to prepare students for exams.

What classes, besides classical ballet, can I attend at the academy?

Albina Belova: Of course, ballet remains the leading direction in us. Many students of different ages: from pre-ballet (3-5 years) to an adult (from 18 years and older). But classes of Latin dances, gymnastics, vocals, drawing and music are also popular.

Enana Ballet Academy is currently preparing to open a new branch in Doha in the Pearl Qatar area. By tradition, in the spring, Enana is updated, it becomes better and more accessible for students.
