Dubai develops a new program for the rehabilitation of schoolchildren

Dubai authorities are developing a comprehensive program aimed at improving the health of students in schools.

Dubai will adopt a new program to improve the health of students. The Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and the Office for Knowledge and Human Development (KHDA) have signed a memorandum of understanding that lays the foundation for the development of a comprehensive physical, emotional and psychological recovery program for students.

More and more children in the UAE are suffering from obesity, today it is a real problem for society. According to most studies, the reason lies in a sedentary lifestyle and excessive enthusiasm for gadgets instead of playing sports. The main task for any normal society is taking care of children so that they are active and healthy.

The Dubai authorities' initiative covers all aspects of improving the health of students. So the program includes 150 minutes of physical activity per week and a number of other measures, including regular medical examination of students.

An important feature of the program is its emphasis on early intervention in all areas, including in the field of child development and behavioral disorders. As part of the program, medical personnel will also receive special training. It is impossible to overestimate the importance of the program and its contribution to the development of society. A new initiative by the Dubai administration will help bring up healthy and developed children and bring brilliant results in the long run.
