Dubai and Abu Dhabi entered the TOP-20 of the best cities in the world for expats.
Dubai, UAE. Dubai and Abu Dhabi, the two largest megalopolises in the United Arab Emirates, are among the top 20 best cities in the world for expats - both for living and for working. The ranking of the best cities in the world for foreign labor was compiled by InterNations, an online expat community of 2.8 million people today.
During the study, 13 thousand people were interviewed who changed their level of happiness from living in the city based on the following parameters: level of rent, security at the workplace (including financial) and quality of life. The study also contains data on which cities are the friendliest and which are easier to settle in.
Manama took the first place in the ranking, followed by Prague and Madrid. Abu Dhabi and Dubai ranked 15th and 17th in the ranking, respectively. Friendly expatriates live in all cities. It should be noted that Dubai is the most popular in terms of employment: 53% of respondents voted for it, while for Doha - 37%, and for Muscat - 39%. In addition, 75% of the residents of Abu Dhabi and 73% of the residents of Dubai indicated the friendliness of the local population.
