Victoria Petrovna Lopyreva was born on July 26, 1983 in Rostov-on-Don. In addition to general education, she studied at the music school. Tchaikovsky in piano. After graduating from high school, she entered the Rostov State Economic University (RINH), which she successfully graduated with a degree in enterprise management.
